Terms of purchase

Prices
All our prices are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. Any shipping costs will be added. Any price changes on the website will not be retroactive.

Complaints
All our products are carefully examined by us before they are sent to you as a customer. Should the item nevertheless be defective upon receipt, WESHINE will of course correct the defect free of charge. The customer must, within a reasonable time after the customer discovered or should have discovered the defect, notify us that he or she wishes to make a complaint, cf. Section 27 of the Consumer Purchase Act. Please contact customer service via e-mail as soon as possible so that we can determine what measures we must take to remedy the defect. We will send a complaint form, which must be enclosed in the package, and a return label. Remember that the item cannot be used after the damage has been discovered.

Right of withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act gives you as a customer the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement by notifying us via email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused and packed in their original packaging, without a broken seal. The deadline is considered met if we have received the cancellation form by the deadline. We generate a return label and send it by email. When the goods have been received by us, the purchase price will be refunded. Return costs NOK 129,- incl. VAT in connection with the right of withdrawal are paid by the customer, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 15 first paragraph, and are deducted from the amount that is refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal on the goods has been broken, if the goods have been used, or if the total amount is less than NOK 300.



Transportation
Should the order be damaged or lost during shipping, WESHINE is responsible for any damage or loss. However, when returning goods to us, the customer will be responsible for any damage or loss.
Shipping at WESHINE is always free when you shop for more than 500NOK. If the total amount in the shopping cart is lower than this, we have 4 shipping options for you to choose from.
We use Posten Norge / Bring / and primarily Parcel in the mailbox. The parcel is then primarily delivered to your mailbox with GPS tracking from Posten. We consider this to be a delivered and received parcel. You may be responsible for having a lock or other device on your mailbox. Upon delivery, you will receive a pickup code via SMS when the item has arrived at your mailbox or delivery location. Tracking will also appear automatically in Posten's app or Digipost.
Retailers receive free delivery when they spend more than 4000 NOK. Otherwise, delivery for retailers starts at 250 NOK, this amount is adjusted depending on the size of your order.

Deliveries
Orders placed before 2pm are processed the same day and are usually delivered within 1-5 days. Delivery will be made directly to the name and address you provided when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delays after we have delivered the package to them.

Uncollected orders
We reserve the right to charge the handling costs incurred when a package is not collected (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 349kr if the package is not collected. The shipment is in the post office for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first collect the package and then return it according to the description below. Packages that are not collected are not included in the right of withdrawal.

Sales pledge
WESHINE takes a sales pledge on all goods sold until payment is received as security for our claim on the purchase price with the addition of interest and costs, cf. the Mortgage Act § 3-14.

Privacy, security and personal data
In connection with the order, you agree that WESHINE can store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via email, in order to be able to provide the service that you expect from us. WESHINE will not disclose your personal information to third parties. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right, once a year, to be part of the information we have stored about you. We reserve the right to use email to send marketing and newsletters.

Card payment
Card payments accepted by Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged directly.

Invoice & partial payment
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer a safe and simple invoice and installment payment solution.
Klarna Invoice with 30 days payment deadline. If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive an invoice by email when the package is shipped from us. The invoice is due within 30 days.
Klarna Partial payment or account, this is a separate option in the checkout. The invoice will be sent to the same email address that was entered with the order.

Force Majeure
If the WESHINE online store is prevented from delivering or making mandatory redelivery or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance that the parties cannot control, such as natural disasters, war, fire, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of a similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and riots, general shortages of goods, shortages of means of transport, restrictions in the supply of motive power, as well as deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from manufacturers or subcontractors as a result of such circumstances as are discussed in this point,  WESHINE exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaint and credit it to the purchase price of the defective item.

WESHINE owns the rights to all content on these websites. This is protected by, among other things, copyright, marketing and trademark legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product information, images, designs, layouts, logos or other content from these websites may not be downloaded, copied or used under any circumstances without the consent of WESHINE.

Other
WESHINE reserves the right to change its terms and conditions as a result of changes in the law. We also reserve ourselves against any typing/printing errors on the website, catalog and order confirmations. Price and product information may also be changed by WESHINE without specific notice. All fraud attempts or false orders will be reported to the police.
