Returns and Cancellations

RIGHT OF RETURN ON KOREAN SKINCARE PRODUCTS

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you purchase goods from us – including Korean skincare, beauty equipment and professional salon products.
The right of withdrawal requires that the item be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received.

For hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been opened, used or the seal has been broken - this applies especially to **skincare and K-Beauty** products.

According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you must notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please send us an email at [kontakt@weshine.no] before returning the item so that we can register the return.

Once we have received the item in good condition, the purchase price will be refunded.
Return costs (NOK 129) in connection with the right of withdrawal are covered by the customer, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act, Section 15, first paragraph, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

The seller has the right to withhold payment until the goods have been received, or until documentation of the return has been provided.

**Important:** The right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal is broken, or if the purchase amount is less than NOK 300.

DELIVERY ERROR

We do our best to ensure the correct delivery of your products, including our **Korean skincare products** and beauty items.
All orders are packed manually, and although we have high quality procedures, errors can unfortunately occur.

If you receive the wrong item, or the package does not match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at [kontakt@weshine.no](mailto:kontakt@weshine.no), so that we can correct the error quickly and free of charge.

COMPLAINT

All of our products – especially in **skincare, K-Beauty and professional beauty products** – are carefully checked before being shipped to you.

If the item is still damaged or has a manufacturing defect upon receipt, you of course have the right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, Section 27.
The error must be reported within a reasonable time after you discovered it, or should have discovered it.

We will then send you a complaint form and a return label. Remember that the product must not be used after the defect has been discovered.

Complaints are processed quickly and at no extra cost to you.
