Prices
All our prices are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, will be added. Any price changes on the website will not have retroactive effect.
Complaints
All our products are carefully inspected by us before being sent to you as a customer. Should the item nevertheless be defective upon receipt, WESHINE will, of course, rectify the error free of charge. The customer must, within a reasonable time after discovering or should have discovered the defect, notify us that he or she wishes to make a complaint, cf. section 27 of the Consumer Purchases Act. Please contact customer service by email as soon as possible so that we can determine what measures we need to take to remedy the defect. We will send a complaint form, which must be enclosed in the package, and a return label. Remember that the item cannot be used after the damage has been discovered.
Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act gives you as a customer the right to cancel the purchase agreement by notifying us via email within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and packed in its original packaging, with the seal unbroken. The deadline is considered met if we have received the withdrawal form before the deadline expires. We will generate a return label and send it by email. Once the item has been received by us, the purchase price will be refunded. Return costs of NOK 129,- including VAT in connection with the right of withdrawal are paid by the customer, cf. section 15 first paragraph of the Right of Withdrawal Act, and will be deducted from the amount refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal on the item has been broken, if the item has been used, or if the total amount is less than 300 kroner.
Shipping
Should the order be damaged or lost during shipping, WESHINE is responsible. However, when returning goods to us, the customer will be responsible for any damage or loss.
Shipping at WESHINE is always free when you shop for more than 500NOK. If the total amount in your shopping cart is lower than this, we have 4 shipping options you can choose from.
We use Posten Norge / Bring / and primarily "Pakke i postkassen" (Package in the mailbox). The package will then primarily be delivered to your mailbox with GPS tracking from Posten. We consider this as a delivered and received package. You are responsible for having a lock or other security on your mailbox. Upon delivery, you will receive a pick-up code via SMS when the item has arrived in your mailbox or at your pick-up point. Tracking will also automatically appear in the Posten app or Digipost.
Retailers receive free delivery when they shop for more than 4000 NOK. Otherwise, delivery for retailers costs from NOK 250, this amount is adjusted depending on the size of your order.
Deliveries
Orders placed before 2 PM are processed on the same day and usually delivered within 1-5 days. Delivery is made directly to the name and address you specified when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delays after we have handed over the package to them.
Unclaimed orders
We reserve the right to charge for the handling costs incurred when a package is not collected (return shipping, handling fee, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of NOK 349 if the package is not collected. The shipment will remain at the post office for 14 days before being returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and wish to return the item, you must first pick up the package and then return it in accordance with the description below. Packages that are not collected are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Retention of title
WESHINE retains title to all sold goods until payment has been received as security for our claim for the purchase price plus interest and costs, cf. section 3-14 of the Norwegian Pledge Act.
Privacy, security and personal data
In connection with the order, you agree that WESHINE may store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via email, in order to offer the service you expect from us. WESHINE will not disclose your personal information to third parties. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right, once a year, to access the information we have stored about you. We reserve the right to use email to send marketing and newsletters.
Card payment
Card payments accepted by Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged directly.
Invoice & partial payment
In cooperation with Klarna, we offer a secure and simple invoice and partial payment solution.
Klarna Invoice with 30 days payment deadline. If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive the invoice by email when the package is shipped from us. The invoice is due within 30 days.
Klarna Partial Payment or account, this is a separate option in the checkout. The invoice is sent to the same email address as entered with the order.

Force Majeure
If WESHINE's online store is prevented from delivering or performing mandatory redelivery, or if such delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome due to labor disputes or any other circumstance beyond the parties' control, such as natural disasters, war, fire, mobilization or unforeseen military conscriptions of similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and civil unrest, general shortage of goods, shortage of means of transport, restrictions in the supply of power, as well as defects in or delays of deliveries from producers or subcontractors as a result of such circumstances as described in this paragraph, WESHINE is exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaints and will credit the purchase price corresponding to the defective item.

WESHINE holds the rights to all content on these websites. This content is protected by, among other things, copyright, marketing, and trademark legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product information, images, design, layout, logo, or other content from these websites may under no circumstances be downloaded, copied, or used without the consent of WESHINE.
Miscellaneous
WESHINE reserves the right to change its terms due to changes in law. We also reserve the right to correct any typos/errors on the website, catalog, and order confirmations. Price and product information may also be changed by WESHINE without specific notice. All attempts at fraud or false orders will be reported to the police.
