Returns and Cancellations

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ON KOREAN SKINCARE PRODUCTS

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods from us – including Korean skincare, beauty equipment, and professional salon products.
The right of withdrawal requires that the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been opened, used, or if the seal is broken – this particularly applies to products within **skincare and K-Beauty**.

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you must notify us of a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Send us an email at [kontakt@weshine.no] before returning the item, so that we can register the return.

Once we have received the item in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded.
Return costs (NOK 129,-) in connection with the right of withdrawal are covered by the customer, cf. Section 15, first paragraph, of the Right of Withdrawal Act, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

The seller has the right to withhold payment until the goods are received, or until documentation of return has been provided.

**Important:** The right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal is broken, or if the purchase amount is under NOK 300.

DELIVERY ERROR

We do our best to ensure correct delivery of your products, including our **Korean skincare products** and beauty items.
All orders are packed manually, and although we have high-quality routines, errors can unfortunately occur.

If you receive the wrong item, or the package does not match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at [kontakt@weshine.no](mailto:kontakt@weshine.no), so that we can correct the error quickly and free of charge.

COMPLAINT

All our products – especially within **skincare, K-Beauty, and professional beauty products** – are carefully checked before being sent to you.

If the item is nevertheless damaged or has manufacturing defects upon receipt, you naturally have the right to complain in accordance with Section 27 of the Consumer Purchases Act.
The error must be reported within a reasonable time after you discovered, or should have discovered, it.

Please contact us at [kontakt@weshine.no] as soon as possible.
We will then send you a complaint form and a return label. Remember that the product must not be used after the error has been discovered.

Complaints are processed quickly and without additional cost to you.
